I have on a few occasions had large numbers of old emails flooding my inbox. Annoying as this is it can be sorted with a few hours of time.

What is totally frustrating is the accompanying loss of email folders.. in my case important medical emails and travel information. I am not technically smart so is there any way these folders can be recovered simply or do I have to pay professionals to sort it out.??? and why does this keep recurring every few months ???
