Question about Outlook Express

I am working on something in storage folders in live mail. I wanted to create a subfolder from a project with specific emails for further use and export - separate to the main folder. The main folder has perhaps 300 mail items within it. The target subfolder now has some 100 mail items thus reduced the main folder to 200 emails.

My problem; I can see all the 100 emails in the subfolder as independent items but when viewed it seems to be locked on the very first email I moved to the newly created subfolder. There are no problems with the main folder all emails can be viewed independently. The issue is with the newly created subfolder. Any ideas?

All pictures appear as negatives or ghostly creatures. How can I fix that?? PLEASE!!!

I have enabled an old desktop machine which had my Hotmail account emails. I now find I cannot receive emails as my password is not accepted. I have checked my password and believe it is correct. I use the same one on other devices.  

The log in credentials show the server below.

I can enter my email but it will not allow me to type my password in the properties field. Also I get a password pop up box constantly when I open Windows Live Mail and my usual password will not enter.

In my WLM I have added the new account.

It is the same account as I have using POP3, the difference is that the new account is IMAP account.

The reason for doing so is that I want to move my storage accounts from POP account to IMAP account.

WLM does not allow me just to copy directly folders, so I created the new folder in IMAP account,

selected messages from folder in POP account and move them to the new folder in IMAP account.

The moving operation started OK but it stopped after short time.

About 20% of messages were moved.

Now, each time when I try to move the rest of the messages there is a message:

"Your message could not be uploaded to the IMAP server. The server refused to accept it."

  Protocol: IMAP
   Port: 993
   Secure(SSL): 1
   Code: 800cccd3

Am I doing something wrong? How to correct that?

I have no idea how or why Windows Live Photo Gallery appears in my system. I just want my photos to go to folder on my computer and not to this  Gallery. If I delete an image from Windows Live Photo Gallery will it be deleted elsewhere in my system? How do I delete this Gallery from my system?

All the info online about this Gallery is full of jargon, very hard to decipher, non-informative. It appears to be a device to automatically ship all my info and activities to Facebook which is not a goal of mine.

I am unable to send any email from Windows Live Mail as of yesterday, 2/22/19, even the smallest email stays in the outbox folder.  I am getting emails normally.  Here is the error message I get:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

I have win 10. I am trying to create a system image on my Seagate external drive. I have plenty of free memory, but often get the message right at the end that backup has failed

I am also trying to create a system restore disk. Can I create a system restore flash drive or am I limited to using disks?

The recent updates on 2/19 & 2/20 have caused an issue with Windows Live Mail 2011.  I know it's old but it worked!  I can open the program but I will get a "blue" screen.  I get:  IRQL_not_less_or_equal but I do not get a failure reason.

I've tried backing up Live Mail so I can do an upgrade or uninstall but I can't that far.  

Any help would be appreciated.
