Question about Outlook Express

How to block incom8ng emails in foreign languages? 

I looked this up and all I was able to find tutorials on Youtube about this is to go to Advanced and uncheck the two boxes that deal with making the program easier to edit. This did not fix my problem. The blurriness was still there after I closed the program and re-opened it. The picture quality in my videos is terrible and looks almost smeared. I heard that there is some way to find a compatability mode and set it for your operating system and that might fix some problems but all I find are options to uninstall the program. I am using Windows 8.1 operating system.

A couple of weeks ago I could open a photo, edit it, click done and then save as different name so to keep original photo intact.  Today it looks different and there is no option to say done as well as the only option to save what you do is to save over the original photo.  This is extremely inconvenient.  It has been quite a struggle to try an save my original photo.  Since then I have found that you can CTL s to access save as but.... again way too inconvenient.  I don't know if Microsoft did an update or what happened but to edit my photos has now become a pain in the neck.  Can Microsoft please fix this so all I have to do is go down to the save carrot and select "save as" so as to not destroy the original image?

I am trying to create a shared drive for my company. Is there a way to map SharePoint so that everyone has access via their File Explorer on their Microsoft Desktop?
