and some web page throw he say he want give me money first dined after he request than I will follow his step web link- https://www.stackoverflow.com throw 3steps 746500$ into two PayPal account one my bank account card bank al Rajhi but that day my id date expire so I didn't receive any message I think may id date expire so bank account freeze next day I check PayPal account virtual agent throw I make account it is not activate after that  I am try to contact Microsoft help center call me from India after other country they don't know anything they cant help me right now. I don't know why they give money and why make misbehaver don't know anything.

I had some difficulty importing saved emails from my old computer when I set up Live Mail on the new computer.  Some folders imported OK, but some gave me the error message "Folder contains no emails, or another application is using the folder." Clearly, there were .eml files there, and I could open them in Live Mail by clicking on them, but Import wouldn't work.  I managed to import them using drag and drop, but why wouldn't Import work?  The files were there, and no other application was using the folder or the files - I even closed File Explorer to eliminate that possibility - so it appears that the error message was incorrect.  Some of the folders that wouldn't Import were quite large, but others were not, so it did not seem to be related to file size - in fact, one folder that did work with the Import function had 30,000 emails in it.  

Can anyone stop this aggravating error in live mail?

The same message when I try login in on onedrive.com.

What has happened - it worked OK a month ago?

After moving to a new computer, WLM worked just as it has under Win 10 for years - until I had to change my Microsoft Account login.  Since then, every time I open WLM, it demands a new sign-in, and ONLY accepts my Microsoft account login.  The pop-up says, "To help protect your Online id account you must signin again."  This can be canceled, allowing access to WLM, but is an unnecessary annoyance, as it ALWAYS comes up when I start WLM.  I ran Windows Essentials Repair, but that made no difference.  How can I get rid of this pop-up?

I know that Windows Essentials is no longer supported, but this appears to be a Windows bug.  The OS is a fresh install of the refurb edition of Win 10 ver. 1803.
