I have about 20 messages "in italics "in junk mail that I can't read, delete, move, or reply. When I try to take action, a window entitled "Windows Live Mail "comes up saying "An unknown error has occurred".
New mail coming into the junk mail folder can be read and/or deleted. The rest of my Windows Live Mail works fine.
Does anyone have a solution to getting rid of this unwanted junk mail?
I compose an email in Win 10 mail. I click on the "To". The popup shows "Suggested recipients", not the usual People app list of names .... and I cannot do anything with names in the suggested list, even if I select one.
This has to be People app related, right?
My gmail account works on line but not on myAUTHENTICATIONFAILED] Invalid credentials (Failure) this is the message I get.
thanks for helping
10 days ago I was using Live Mail, had a problem with my PC and did a system reset, not realising this would remove Live Mail.
So now I cannot access any of my emails.
I've tried accessing the reset history by restoring Live Mail to a previous version, but it shows there is none.
Any ideas how I can access Live Mail again.
I now intend starting a new email provider and transferring the 'lost' emails over.
HELP PLEASE!
