Question about Outlook Express

I have two gmail accounts that I access through Windows Live Mail (I know it's no longer supported by MS but I much prefer its interface to other options). One (my main account) works fine but the secondary one (which was working OK) is now not functioning. I get the error message 800cccd1 every time I try to download IMAP folders on my computer. (I also have both accounts on my iPhone and don't have a problem there.)

I have tried deleting and reinstating the account and I have turned off Google's 2-step verification and allowed access for less secure apps. I still get the message "The server has rejected your login. Please verify your user name and password are correct." I'm sure they are correct. I did change the password recently.

I have spent a lot of time trying to deal with this and would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

My WLM account has been accidently deleted from my PC during a 'clean-up'. It was taken back to factory settings and all programs lost. Disaster.

I have lost MLM , all the emails, and the folders. how can I locate it and reinstall it from scratch.

I have been using Windows Movie Maker 2.6 on my Windows 7 system for years and have been very happy.

Now when I use it I can create my Project (which I always limit to about 34 minutes) but when I try to save as a Movie file the system stops at 52%.

Any clues on what I need to do to correct the problem?

I added a large amount of contacts using Outlook Web Access (spectrum email). I finally was able to add the account to my Win 10 Mail app. I can't find any way to export my contacts (csv format) to import in either application!

There has to something better than retyping all my contacts in one at a time! Please help.

I have a Windows 10 laptop PC. I HAD both Widows Photo Gallery & Windows Movie Maker on it my current pc. I spent a tremendous amount of "wasted" time with Microsoft tech agents, Windows 365 agents during which they had remote access to my laptop.

They OFTEN asked me to take a photo of my screen and upload it to Windows Photo App, so they could see. Which I did. Since that time, my Windows Photo Gallery is missing from my programs. 

I have a hobby in which I need to take many photos and edit them. Windows PHOTOS is a worst product than Windows Photo Gallery in this regard. I'm getting tired of wasting time fixing Microsoft mistakes. It is my belief, they, the Microsoft agents PURPOSEDLY REMOVED my Windows Photo Gallery program. Yes, it is a PROGRAM, NOT an app. Apps are for mobile devices, Programs are for PC's.

I want my preferred Photo program installed back on my PC. It was there prior to the agents INSISTING, I use "Photos" so they could view my screenshots.

HELP!!!!
