Aafter receiving a Windows Live 2012 email message and clicking on the
e email extension I get this message
My email XP has crashed click Balloon to reload the extension.
C clicking on the balloon does nothing. Has anyone experienced this? What is the remedy?

I am trying to use Windows Movie Maker to help my son with a Documentary project. When he tries to add narration to Movie Maker, he records using his laptop, adds the sound to the clip, but when the movie is played back, there is no sound. Then, he tried to add video via using his Laptop webcam, same thing, no audio.
How can I solve this problem? I'd like to be able to playback audio.
I recently upgraded to Windows 10. Now my Windows Live EMail does not work. It keeps giving me a server error (unable to send/receive messages for this email account). After many attempts I finally got it open. But now I cannot open .pdf attachments. Please help!

Hoping someone can help me with a problem with my Microsoft Hotmail account.
I cannot reply or forward any emails and I cannot create a new email. When I click on the relevant button usually nothing happens. Sometimes I get those rolling white dots at the top when I try to create a new email.
I can receive email, read it, move it, delete it, mark it unread.
I am using a laptop with Windows 7. When a friend logs into his Microsoft Hotmail account from the same laptop, there are no problems with sending emails.
Is there a limit on the number of emails or size of an email account? I have deleted emails, particularly some with large attachments, since this problem has occurred but it hasn't made a difference.
I have also had a lot of phishing emails recently (I mark them as such), could this have caused a problem?
