Windows Live Mail FAQ
Unread email folder has a problem with emails coming from gmail account. All those messages are duplicated, but in Inbox of gmail account all is fine: incoming emails are not duplicated.
The problem is only with gmail account.
Other accounts are OK.

I have windows 10. I am unable to send or receive email. Checked with my server who says it's a Microsoft issue. In the past week I received a message saying there were missing protocols on the computer. I searched through the forum and many of them said to work with the network adapter. I'm unable to do this. When the computer was very new we received a lightening strike that tool out 1 tv, 1 modem, a garage door opener and the network adapter on my desktop. As a result I am using it wireless. It has worked great but recent updates from Microsoft have created problems. Oh, I'm using Windows Live Mail on a Dell Inspiron 3847. Can anyone suggest how I might correct these problems.

It all began with me downloading Windows 10. The operative system did not work well at all, for example my Windows Live Movie Maker was out of date. I searched for help on this forum and then tried to download Windows Essentials 2012 to get the updated version of Movie Maker. I couldn't download it, and then subsequently i uninstalled Windows 10 to go back to Windows 7 ( for many reasons other than this one).
When i was back with Windows 7 i found out that all my Windows programs had been uninstalled, most likely because of my attempt to download Windows Essentials 2012. I kept trying to download Windows Essentials 2012, but it keeps saying that a program on my computer is making it impossible for me to download Windows Essentials 2012. Is that program Windows 10? How do i, in my current situation, become able to download Windows Essentials 2012?
The view pane of my Windows Live Mail 2012 only displays 1/2 the total image in the middle. How do I fix this?

I use Windows Live Mail 2012. I have had no issues with this program for the many years that I have used it until just a few days ago. I am looking at ads in Craigslist, I click on reply, I then click on the email address and get the following System Error in a small box:
wlmail.exe - System Error
Big Red X then the following statement: The program can't start because WLDCore.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
I did uninstall and reinstall WLM but it did not help any. Now I have to copy the email address, open an email and paste the email address into the email.
What can be done to fix this problem? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
