I was working on a video for school and everything was working just fine. I wake up the next morning and when I try to narrate my video, the recorded audio that I recorded with my Logitech USB microphone hadn't recorded. I had tried the entire day searching for the same settings and nothing happened. I then tried to record my voice with another app and It recorded my voice, yet it won't record with movie maker. What do I do to fix this issue?

Comcast recently advised me to change my email POP settings to IMAP settings.  I followed the directions correctly but when I open windows live mail the settings have reverting back to POP.  How do I get the IMAP settings to be the default settings?  I am using Windows 8.1.

Windows Photo Viewer or Photo Gallery

The slide show feature of Photo Viewer and Photo Gallery works at a specific pace.  I would prefer that I control the pace.  Is it possible to advance the photos using a mouse click instead of the program controlling the pace?

Not receiving recent emails on my desktop

Free Windows DVD Player with upgrade to windows 10

I read this "The Windows DVD Player app is available free for a limited time for people upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 7 Home Premium, Windows 7 Professional, Windows 7 Ultimate, Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 with Windows Media Center. After the upgrade has completed, Windows DVD Player will be automatically downloaded to your PC. "   

I have upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7 Home Premium around Dec, 2015 and qualified for the free app but so far I have not received the free Windows DVD Player app.  Can anyone tell me why?

Missing Hotmail Folders on Tablet

I just recently got a software upgrade on my Samsung Tab 4, which seems to have affected my Outlook account.  I can no longer see any of my personal e-mail folders when I access Outlook on my tablet.  I can only see my Inbox, but can't seem to get to any of my other folders (Bills, Travel, etc.).  They are there on my PC, just not on my tablet.

I have tried the the following steps, but the final step (Please delete the key marked "ssl.live.com_MBI_SSL") is not available, please help!

-First please first create a system restore point:

Start --> Type: PROTECTION and choose the option to

Choose the option to "Create a Restore Point"

Click the Button to "Create..."

Name the restore Point "WLM-RESTORE" and choose the Create Button

-Close Windows Live Mail if it is open

We want to delete the following key through Regedit:

Browse to the location:

ComputerHKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindows LiveCommunications ClientsSharedPolicies

Please delete the key marked "ssl.live.com_MBI_SSL" and restart Windows Live Mail
