I run the admin side of our local swimming club. This requires me to send emails out to many recipients at once. But with the last few week, the emails are returned with the following error message 'Domain hitchinswimmingclub.co.uk has exceeded the max emails per hour (125/100 (125%)) allowed. Message discarded'
How can I increase the amount of emails I can send per hour?

Can you also advise as to how I can get my sent items in date order for an individual? I.E. when I click on "sent mail" and then on "to" the emails sent to each person are not in date order. It makes it difficult to find the last email I sent someone especially if I've sent them a lot over a long period of time. The emails appear to be listed randomly.
I refreshed my laptop only to be confronted with the problem of having to reinstall the removed apps.
This was displayed on my screen as a folder/file: " Removed Apps.html"
Now, how do I reinstall these removed apps after I've refreshed my laptop.
Bear in mind, I lost my sound after the refreshing; I managed to fix it with hp support assistance.
I have Windows 10 and it was working fine .
But because of too many Apps & programs slowing it , I thought of removing some clutter and deleting some programs from Control Panel's- Add / remove .... but my mistake I have deleted some Microsoft Windows important element/file
and now after starting I see only the cursor and blank screen .
Please help .. what do I do .. Will I have to reboot Windows 7 and then upgrade to Windows 10 ??
Previously if anything was going wrong with Windows 10 just pressing F8 would solve the issue but now even after pressing F8 nothing happens .
Please help immediately as I am unable to surf from my Dell NetBook .

Has anyone else encountered the frustration of the automatic update alert telling you to update what has already been updated?
If so how do you kill it?
My fear is the last time this happened it was a warning of a major Outlook crash. A catastrophe where I lost thousands of email but more importantly where my MS Office profile was destroyed. Created a monster of problem because the "deceased" profile would not expire.
It took 4 days to get back access to all Office components. Almost pushed back me into Windows. Now I just avoid Outlook for Mac completely.
