Dear Team,

I like to highlight one issue in OutlookWord 2011 for Mac. I am currently using MacBook with Office 2011. My cursor seems to change the position every time I write on it. It changes from paragraph or to topBottom of screen. This is very awkward.

To elaborate a little further, When typing in new Email in Outlook, Cursor seems to change the position overtime and I have to set it back to write it from where I need. I have find a post where the issue was expected to be for the saved signature. I did that by removing space on the saved signature, it worked for a while and it happened again. Same thing happened in Word 2011. I have updated the word with current version that is 14.6.3 as well. No luck. I am using MacBook 2015 model.

I would like to know if it is possible to change my Windows Live Mail email address without having to go to each individual online account I have to update the old email address to the new email address.

The last time I changed my Windows Live Mail email address I had to go through a small 'Rolodex' of online accounts and change all of them individually to the new email address.

"There was an error when attempting to connect to the Windows Live Calendar service. If the error persists, check to see if there's an upgrade of Windows Live Mail available or contact a service representative."

This message opens every single time I open mail. There doesn't appear to be any solution anywhere that works. Anybody know how to stop this? It's annoying and frustrating that there's no answer to the problem. And yes, I've uninstalled/reinstalled and tried un-checking mail boxes on left side of page...thanks.

For the past several days I've been unable to download my email messages in WLM 2012. Following is the error message I get:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Bellsouth account. A time-out occurred while communicating with the server.

Server: 'inbound.att.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC19
Protocol: POP3
Port: 995
Secure(SSL): Yes

I'm using a Dell laptop that's less than 6 months old, running Windows 10. This has been a periodic problem ever since I got this particular laptop, this is the first time it's lasted more than a few hours. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?

Problems receiving emails in WLM 2012- Original Title

Have had this problem for several months. WLM 2012 will not open. Wheel just keeps spinning and have to close the program via Task Manager to get rid of it. Have tried Windows Essentials repair and uninstall and reinstallation but no success. I am using Windows 7.

To add a new account, I am entering the email address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) and the associated password for that account. But it won't accept it. But curiously, it asks for the ISP password, but the router password isn't accepted, either. I can receive email from the other account, but can't reply to that email; the client operation fails. Not sure what password to use from the ISP.
