Question about Outlook Express

Micosoft server will not download a single email. It’s important. MS says the message has not been downloaded from the server. That was 24 hrs ago. This hasn’t happened with any other email. I need the message to use my MS authenicator? Please help.

This morning when I started up my computer, I noticed one of my 2 email accounts was gone.  The emails themselves appear to show in a "recovered" folder  Any way to get that account back and the emails in the correct place?  I have Windows live mail 2012.

I have a Brother MFC-J220 printer which was working perfectly until last week or the week before.  My PC doesn’t recognise my printer any more, when I search for it it only shows Microsoft programs

How do I SAVE a photo in Windows Live Gallery after I edit it?!!  I have searched high and low and all through microsoft's "help and support" sections, with nil results.  Please provide SPECIFIC instructions on how to save an edited photo in Windows Live Photo Gallery and not just some "link" that leads me on a wild goose chase like all the other ones I have found thus far. If microsoft support cannot provide a specific detailed solution to this most basic task, then I will be not only filing a formal complaint with microsoft corporate, but I will also be changing every piece of technology I own that comes anywhere near using a microsoft product to Apple technoloy.

A while ago, I started up my laptop with an old Yahoo e-mail account.  I am now trying to change this to my present Outlook account (my Yahoo account has long since been closed.)  But everytime I try to change the account, by trying to delete my account with Yahoo, and then adding a further account, my present Outlook account, I cannot get rid of the Yahoo account. 

How can I do this, please?

(I am trying to change my password to my account, but everytime I do, the system thinks I still have a Yahoo account.  I do not, and closed it many moons ago. )
