Dear Community,

A while ago, I started up my laptop with an old Yahoo e-mail account.  I am now trying to change this to my present Outlook account (my Yahoo account has long since been closed.)  But everytime I try to change the account, by trying to delete my account with Yahoo, and then adding a further account, my present Outlook account, I cannot get rid of the Yahoo account. 

How can I do this, please?

(I am trying to change my password to my account, but everytime I do, the system thinks I still have a Yahoo account.  I do not, and closed it many moons ago. )

It would be a great help to me to answer this.  Thanking anybody in advance for answering this question,
