Starting July 28th 2013 I can no longer receive email on the Outlook Web app! My sister is having the same issue and we have had to resort to going back directly to Yahoo to get our mail. I have an att.net email address
and have never had issues until the 28th. Please help....!! I can still send email from the web but can not receive any.
