I have been having issues with the sync process with outlook 2010 and outlook.com via the hotmail connector. It seems to be that every time I try to move a folder in outlook, Then perform a send/receive I get the following errors:

1)
Task '[*** Email address is removed for privacy ***] reported error (0x80041003) : 'The server reported a temporary error.  Error: 5102. Server. Xfs request 'SyncBinary' failed. Response code: 'DbError', server response: '720           0'
AuxData (Base64): Mjo6MDo6MTo6Ojo6Ojo6CjB7ZWY5MjhlNDctNGNkOS00NmY0LWFlMDItY2YwYmRiMWYwNDc1fTE6OkZvbGRlcjo6MTo6MjAwMDo6Mjo6Ojo6Ojo6MAowe2ZhZmZjMTFlLTUyMTktNGU4NS1hM2Q4LTQ5MTRhNzAyMWJjN30zOjo=. '

2)
Task '[*** Email address is removed for privacy ***]' reported error (0x8004102A) : 'Error with Send/Receive.  There was an error synchronizing your folder hierarchy. Error : 80041003.'

I also get a notice at the bottom of outlook 2010, a connectivity error.

To correct this I always have to redownload my mail with takes about an hour. I have performed these suggested methods to correct the problem without any luck:
- uninstalled and reinstalled the outlook connector application
- repaired my office 2010 installation
- removed/disabled all add-ins in outlook 2010, re-enabling the outlook connector add-ins
- created new profiles for outlook 2010
- turned off all firewalls/virus scanners
- Tried moving my .ost file to another folder and creating a copied version back into the original: AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
- tried a different computer. fresh installation of office/hotmail connector

I always get the same errors and can consistently trigger the issue when moving a folder. I feel like the error is on the outlook.com side and I do not know what to do to correct my problems. The only way I can successfully move a folder is to do it via the online interface for outlook.com.

Any suggestions how to move folders successfully inside outlook 2010?
