Despite having read the threads on this subject, and updating my systems, deleting and reinstalling photos app, etc.  I am still having trouble opening the map from the photo file info.

Is this feature still available?

If yes what do I need to do - setting/privacy/location is turned on - so please don't just copy and paste this idea as it does not resolve anything.

If no longer available then why not and what are the alternative apps that deliver the same function / solutions?
