I like to be creative with my photos and create videos - mainly photos from the web. For nearly a year, I have not created a video - the message I receive is perplexing. My photos need to be in my Photos file (which they are) in order for me to create a video - not in Saved Pictures. I have tried everything, to no avail. I am running Windows 10 Home - I would love to upgrade, but not anytime soon. What am I misunderstanding and - bottom line - what must I do to fix this? So frustrating.
