I have seen on this forum that many people have the same problem!  No one has gotten back with a solution.  Very frustrated that I can't SPEAK TO SOMEONE and instead have to wait for responses.  I have tried every angle possible to receive emails from another server.  It just stopped working all of the sudden two weeks ago.  I never did anything to change my account.  Someone- PLEASE HELP!!!
