I've been using hotmail for years and have not made any changes re OUTLOOK. I have a Nokia Asha phone and until a few days ago I could retrieve my emails on the mobile but I now get a message "Can not open mailbox. try again"  There is no problem accessing my mail from a PC.Any suggestions appreciated.
