I could not access my email because it kept saying I was using the wrong password.

I went through the microsoft change password security routine and was told I had not submitted enough information.

I tried this with my .edu account with success. I then used the exact information for the hotmail.com email that was created from my .edu account and was told that I needed more information!

I tried a third time and filled out every single box available except the xbox stuff since I don't have an xbox or an such an account and was told that they could still not verify me.

Since I had made three attempts without success my hotmail account, which is my school email, is now blocked and I would have to create a new account.

How can I get my school email now? I think I need this account reactivated but have been unable to determine how to get this done.
