Need help setting up new email and moving email folders from windows live 2011 on one computer to a new computer with Wndows 8

I just bought a new computer with Windows 8. My current computer is running windows 7 and I am using the Live Mail 2011 version. Is there a way to simply transfer all of the email folders and contents to my new computer?
