My btconnect.com e-mail address was used by spammers which resulted in me getting thousands of blocked non delivered notices. Windows Live Mail has now blocked my outgoing-mails (I am receiving e-mails but cannot reply to them). I have changed my password a number of times but the Windows Live Mail Log-in will not accept the new password. How do I re-activate my account?
