I already had an email account with HOTMAIL WHICH WAS CHANGED TO this new OUTLOOK and it was working perfectly well until Yesterday !!!!!!!!! When I went to go on to look at my emails it said I had to enter my email address and password, which I DID ..... I then received this message: YOUR DETAILS ARE WRONG AND SO WE HAVE LOCKED YOUR ACCOUNT.!!!!!!! .....I AM FUMING!!!!!!!!! ......I HAVE HAD TO CREATE A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD WHICH IS WORKING. ....BUT WHERE HAS MY OTHER EMAIL GONE???????????????? ............ I HAVE ALL MY WORK EMAILS AND OTHER IMPORTANT EMAILS ON THERE .....ALSO I HAVE LOST ALL MY CONTACTS, WHICH I NEED.!!!!!!! PLEASE RE-INSTATE MY ORIGINAL EMAIL ....I KNOW THE EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD FOR IT AND HAVE TRIED over and over again but still receive the same answer which is .....THIS EMAIL IS LOCKED ...... OR THIS EMAIL IS ALREADY BEING USED .........OR THIS IS SOMEONE ELSES EMAIL ADDRESS........WHICH IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT THIS PUT RIGHT NOW.!!!!!!!!!!! ....WHY THE **** YOU HAVE CHANGED SOMETHING WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY HOTMAIL AND WORKED WITH NO PROBLEMS AT ALL I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW.???????
