I am currently running the 19043.1288 build for Windows 10 and for the past few days I experienced problems with opening any photos or videos and getting the file system error (-2147219195). I looked for solutions and found a link where a step by step guide was supposed to help me (link). It told me to reinstall the photos application so I tried to do so but for that I had to open the Microsoft Store. But every time I tried opening it, it kept crashing instantly and I only saw the window open and close immediately so I looked for a solution to that and found a step by step guide to that here (
