Hello,

I have been struggling to get windows live movie maker to work. Every time I upload a video into it, I have a black screen and it plays no audio. I have checked to see if there are any updates for my laptop, I have even made sure to go into the system and ensure all the windows live programs have been fixed. I have seen that there is something I could do that has to do with getting new codes but I have no idea how that works. All my videos were filmed on my Apple phone. I am at a loss of how to fix movie maker and it has really been frustrating me.
