So I know a lot of people have had this issue, but the preview box is black, but audio is fine.

I have updated my graphics driver.

I have installed new codecs.

I am using either .mov or .avi video files.

I am using windows 7 x64 bit.

I have attached my DxDiag.

I have heard that switching to WMM 2011 has fixed it for some people, but i cannot install it without also switching windows live mail back to 2011, which i would rather not do... is there a way to switch to 2011 WMM without changing mail? or better yet, have 2012 WMM work?
