When I tried to open the Photo Gallery app I received a pot up window (which I can not get rid of) that says "The program can't start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer. Try to reinstalling to program to fix the problem". I when to the Microsoft but Photo Gallery doses not seem to download.
