Microsoft is the problem. Plus me, too. I need help navigating my way through without going through the same things over and over and over. Help

Sorry, I have only been here once.  Please help me get my new Microft account and passwords for Live Mail.  I keep getting the same things over and over.  This is 3 hours already.  I nned help!    Carla
