I got a new Windows 10 computer because my old one (c. 5 YO) had problems, particularly with Windows Mail. Though the new one worked fine for a week, not it is exhibiting the same problems as the old one.  All problems are intermittent. Sometimes messages load but won't display content.  "Refresh" doesn't work, and "Settings" doesn't open. Sometimes restarting fixes it, sometimes not. I have other platforms with Windows 10, iOS, and Android; all work fine on mail.
