This is the second time i have raised this issue and i am yet to receive a response from your team. I have lost ALL emails sent, archived AND saved to folders on my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account after upgrading to Outlook. My new email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and
although i added my hotmail account as an 'Alias'; i still cannot view my previous emails or folders!
Also when people email my hotmail, they get an error saying the mailbox is invalid!!!!!
What exactly has happened? I need my emails restored back ASAP as i had the account for over 10 years, so as you can imagine, its a LOT of information on there!
PLEASE can someone help me with this issue?
