I am posting as per your repeated "advice" on the forum.  I (like sooo many others) seem to have lost ALL of my emails after doing an alias change from hotmail to outlook.  I really regret it now.  I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps mentioned.  Please just send me my private message so I can speak to someone and get this fixed.

I also wanted to clarify - I did not receive a pop up asking me to save my emails.  I renamed my primary email.  It shows 0 emails and no new folders (none of my old folders either).  I have not been hacked.  I am very active.  At this point I just want to back up to what I had before.  There is no restore option?  This is the worst customer support I have ever experienced.
