I just created an Windows Live account and then tried to log in on my Windows Live Messenger on my laptop. I can't log on and get an error message - Error Code: 80072efd.  When I troubleshoot I get a message with the problem idenfified as a key port, saying there is a problem with my firewall. At this point I have no idea what to do to fix this issue. Please help.
