I have been locked out of my live account which I have had for the best part of 3 years. I believe this is because I had signed into my account on a new laptop. I have filled in the validation form. No success.
I have not heard back in 24 hours. I have been issued a reference number if needed.

The support for this is atrocious as seen in other similar posts. I have looked everywhere to find a contact number for HUMAN contact however everywhere you look, Microsoft points you in the direction of an automated robot system which is faulty and not good enough. (I have personal information, contact numbers and important emails on this account as well as being linked to my xbox account - How much do these things cost again? And no human service? Ridiculous)

In addition, the support team service was appalling as seen below. Nicholas closed the conversation with me rather than provide any help, the link he provided was a direct link BACK to the same support team (Giving someone else the problem)

HELP!
