Live mail keeps running.  However, when I send email with photo album, it progresses with message giving count of how many photos have been published.  It says that it has published all photos ( example, 11 of 11) except the green speedometer bar just stays at about 95% and never completes.

This is a new problem.  I have published photos in the past.

I have tried making photos smaller, or publishing less photos.  The result is always the same.

OS is Windows 7 Home Premium with service pack 1.  I believe system is current with all updates.

Windows live mail is Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3528.0331)

Same issue here. We have used Picasa to edit photos and we send the photos weekly using Windows Live Mail. Has always worked great. Now, no matter how many (or few) photos we try to send, WLM tries to publish but gets to the last photo and stalls. Have to ‘End Task’. I’ve tried repairing Windows Essentials 2012 and I’ve tried troubleshooting OneDrive. Right now, we are resorting to the much more cumbersome ‘old fashioned way’ of sending photos as attachments rather than as an album. Please help!
