My WIN10 computer was recently upgraded, auto upgrade.  After the upgrade it will not accept keyboard input in the administration account.  I cannot type the password to enter the account. When I type in the password box nothing appear on the screen.  The mouse works.  Also a non-password protected account on the same computer works fine, and I am using it to send this email.

I selected windows live mail below since no choice addressed my issue, but n entry had to be made to complete the form.
