I've installed the Essentials 2011 update and now my WLM won't work. Errors when WLM is opened and again when trying to reply.

Have avoided the update for a long time but now the update has become more insistent so I installed it.

When WLM is opened I get this error window:

----------------------------------------

At the top it reads;

Assertion Failed: Abort=Quit, Retry=Debug, Ignore=Continue

-------------------------------------

The body has the following:

Failed to initialize Shared Canvas: System.IO.FileNotFoundException:

WRN: Assembly binding Logging is Turned OFF.

To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value

[HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.

Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly

bind failure logging.

To turn this feature off, remove the registry value

[HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

Need help with this fix. Until then I am rolling back my system to the previous version and will continue to cancel the 'Manditory Update' until such time there is an update or fix to these errors.
