I have reviewed online and in this forum all the instructions to try to fix the gmail IMAP folder issue.  I have two popups that show:

Time Out Issue

Lookup failed z200mb227900969iof

Configuration:
   Account: Gmail - Judy
   Server: imap.gmail.com
   User name: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
   Protocol: IMAP
   Port: 993
   Secure(SSL): 1
   Code: 800ccc0f

Incorrect Log In

Lookup failed z200mb227900969iof

Configuration:
   Account: Gmail - Judy
   Server: imap.gmail.com
   User name: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
   Protocol: IMAP
   Port: 993
   Secure(SSL): 1
   Code: 800cccd1

Can someone please let me know how this issue is resolved as nothing I have read online has helped.
