Hi,

When I try to import photos using the Photos app a message comes up saying 'Something went wrong'. I have the option to 'Try Again' or 'Close' but it does the same thing every time.

I tried to import them myself using File Explorer by copying photos from the folders of the iPhone into an album in My Pictures but an error message comes up saying 'The parameter is incorrect'. 

I'm using an iPhone 5 plugged in with a USB cable with a Windows 10 operating system. 

At the moment I can't back my photos up at all.
