Yesterday Outlook sent a message asking me to sign in again using a code sent by text. I did without problems. Later my Hotmail account stopped working on my iphone. I've had the account for years and it hasn't presented a problem.

I've changed the password, shortening it. I've deleted the account and re-added it. I've rebooted. I've followed the procedures in previous posts on this forum. Nothing solves the problem.

My hotmail/outlook account works on the desktop computer. On the iphone the error messages are either "Incorrect Password" or "Unable to Verify."
