I just set up a 2nd e-mail hotmail acct, how can I pull it up? thank you

WHAT ARE THE STEPS TO SEE IF MY HOTMAIL (2ND ACCT)  IS ACTUALLY SET UP,?  IN ORDER TO

SEND  AND REC.  E-MAILS.
