I tried to open one of my documents on Word (in Sky Drive) but I can't even open it. There was a message 'Something went wrong' and told me to go to Control Panel and repair it. I did what it said but I still can't open! Could you help me please?

 I enjoyed the old Word I had in my old computer which never have any problems. I wanted to be up-dated to the world by using a new laptop with a brand new Office but it's not really impressed me!
