My question is getting to Live Mail.

Microsoft has shut me down because they want a DVD in the slot for their backup.

I can't open the CD/DVD tray on my Dell, Windows 7.  Please help.  I used the pin trick but still didn't budge it.  Because Microsoft shut me down, I can't chat or follows specific commands. 

The problem so far is physical -how to get the tray to slide forward.  Take a knife?
