iam having trouble to log in in my account of hotmail. i did everything to get my email back  Step 1 : Once you are there, you may have to sign in using an alternate working email address or a temporary account that you will use to communicate with Windows Live ID support.  Step 2 : After that, you will have to fill out the form and then you will receive an email with an SRX ID within 24 hours upon submitting the request, that you will later use for reference.  Step 3 : Once you received the confirmation email that will be coming from Windows Live ID support, you can see a link below which will need to click to communicate with them. and when i sand the email to an alternative email is asking them to change their info
