I've been trying to download all of my pictures and videos onto my Windows 10 laptop and I can view the photos when I connect my iPhone, but every time I try to import them it says "device not found" or "something went wrong. Your files may not have been imported. When I've tried downloading them before it's downloaded a couple of pictures and videos, but that's it. However, now it won't let me import anything from the iPhone. I've tried using the Photos app to import them and I've tried copying and pasting them from the Iphone's internal storage, but neither of those has worked. What's the problem and how can I download my photos and videos onto my laptop?
