Problem started on Wednesday. I cannot receive any emails from domain @thebayonline.com

They can get my hotmail emails and I can receive gmail, aol...... but not their domain.

 

I do not get an error message. It does not kick back. I have checked settings with a microsoft support person, everything looks good. I have checked blocked lists and approved list of senders and receivers, all good.

 

HELP
