The sheer idiocy of this infuriates me! Why is it so difficult to change my password and get on with my life? I have been unable to use my email for almost a week! It was apparently easy enough to hack my account, why can't this be fixed in a timely manner? And What's up with the snotty attitudes of the so-called "help techs' women who sound barely literate and unable to accomplish anything and then have the gall to ask "Do you pay for Hotmail?" as if using the free service indicates that you are undeserving of help or even courtesy. They seem to be elderly women with such heavy Minnesota accents I could barely understand them! It was like an episode of A Prairie Home Companion without the warmth or wit. I waited on holfd for 35 minutes today, only to be told that there is nothing they can do.
