I have the same problem. A lot of my emails have suddenly appeared in a POP file on my computer. I have read the above answer and would like you to explain how I can use Exchange Activesync(EAS) to access my emails on my phone. Unfortunately, I am new to all this technological terminology and need very specific indications!!!
