I already have a specific email designated as Junk (Add sender, or domain, to blocked sender list), but I would like to block the email from even arriving at my email account to begin with. How do I prevent the email from entering my email at all, i.e. totally blocking the email?

And can an email from a person relay back to the person that it has been opened?
