how to move outlook 2011 mailbox to mail in el capitan

I have both Outlook for Mac 2011 and 2016 and i need to transfer the mailboxes to mail in El Capitan. I understand that before El Capitan it was easy but not finding a way to do it for El Capitan. Thanks
