I have a few Hotmail and work accounts plugged into my Windows Live Mail 2011 and the checking for new email process seems ridiculously slow because it appears to be checking every single folder for new messages. I remember selecting/de-selecting which folders to download in the past but I can't find it anywhere now. I only want to download new messages from select folders and not every single folder which takes forever. How do I do this?
